La Guardiense

The largest wine cooperative in the Sannio region, La Guardiense unites over 1,000 grower families and produces some of the most recognized Falanghina and Aglianico wines in Italy.

Founded in 1960, La Guardiense is a cooperative winery representing the collective spirit of Sannio viticulture. With over 1,000 member families cultivating approximately 1,100 hectares of vineyards, it is one of the largest wine cooperatives in Southern Italy.

Their flagship wine, Falanghina del Sannio 'Janare,' has become an ambassador for the region across the world. The winery produces over 3 million bottles annually, with a wide portfolio spanning white, red, and rosé wines.
