Located in the fertile Valle Telesina, Caseificio Sannita has been producing artisanal dairy products since 1985. The creamery works exclusively with milk from local farms, maintaining close relationships with the agricultural community of the Sannio region.
Their signature products include Caciocavallo Silano DOP, fresh Fior di Latte, Ricotta di Bufala, and the local specialty Pecorino del Matese. All cheeses are handcrafted using traditional methods, with no additives or preservatives.
The dairy ships throughout Italy and exports to specialty food stores in Germany, the UK, and the United States.
